Orders placed before 4:45pm Eastern Standard Time will be completed the next morning. Due to extreme weather, holidays or sales, packages which have deadlines that are time sensitive may be delayed.

Your order will be delivered in 2-5 working day. A postal estimate is possible, however it cannot be guaranteed.

Returns

Boutique products must be returned within 30 calendar days. No returns beyond that period. Get in Contact with us as soon as possible for a prompt start.

A refund is only going to be granted if you return the item in the first fifty day. Some refunds can take between 10 and 20 days before they reach your account.

The purchase you made originally must be made within 60 days of purchase. Exchanging items to purchase items of lesser or equivalent value isn\’t permissible.
